autocorr calculates amplitude and phase deviation for a series of FIDs (see G. Morris: J. Magn. Reson. 78, 281-291 (1988). Data must be acquired using simultaneous quadrature detection and must be in the "new" FELIX file format.
autoplot is a shell script that takes the same arguments as autocorr. However, instead of numerical output, it produces plots of the amplitude and phase deviation in Postscript format. This script makes calls to autocorr and gnuplot ( gnuplot 3.0 from Thomas Williams and Collin Kelley is included here for your convenience).
